for Water Services
Dee Valley Water provides high quality water to properties 24 hours each
day, 365 days of the year. Water services must be paid for promptly. We
appreciate the difficulties some customers may face paying bills and we
will do all that we can to agree the most suitable payment arrangements.

Online Payment Facility
We offer an online payment facility in conjunction with Alliance & Leicester. The service is free of charge and can be used 24 hours a day.
The first time you use this service you will need to register to pay Dee Valley Water by following the instructions. When making payment you will need to select ‘Dee Valley Water’ from the drop down box showing a list of available payees.
You will also need your Billing Reference, which is an 8 digit number that can be found on the front of your bill (directly under the date of the bill).
