It is vitally important to reduce leakage in order to protect the environment and help keep water charges down.

Dee Valley Water already has one of the lowest levels of leakage of any water company in England and Wales, and we are investing heavily in our mains and distribution system to reduce leakage even further.

As part of our campaign to minimise leakage we are offering free leak detection and may offer a subsidised repair on customers' underground pipes. The pipe between the boundary and your internal stop tap is your responsibility.

If you suspect a leak on this pipe you should call the LeakLine and we will investigate and provide details of our subsidised leak repair scheme.
